Cook Serve Forever to enter Early Access in May

Whenever someone asks me about the Cook, Serve, Delicious! series I tend to describe the games as a salad of restaurant management sims mixed with frenetic typing games (at least on the PC). If that sounds like an appealing fusion of genres or you're already a fan of the series, you'll be pleased to hear that the fourth iteration will be entering Early Access on the 8th May 2023.

The current development roadmap suggests that along with the ongoing updates of story content, perks, recipes, locations and bug fixes, you can expect for local co-op mode to be added in Q2 of this year, a challenging side mode called “Cooking School" by Q3 2023 and for the first version of the game to be released late this year/early next year.

The game is set to be $29.99 USD which converted to AUD is about $44.79. However loyal fans will be pleased to hear that owners of Cook, Serve, Delicious 3?! will receive a 10% discount and those that have all three of the previous games will receive a 20% discount. Also, if you manage to purchase the game during launch week you'll also receive a 10% discount meaning a maximum discount of 30% for some customers (which lowers the price to just under $32 AUD).

The original Cook, Serve, Delicious! received a 9 out of 10 rating here on Choicest Games and while I haven't reviewed the second and third iterations, I can already tell you now that they are high quality titles in their own right, so expectations are high for this sequel.
