The following post is part of a series of posts that are published every Wednesday to update readers on what I've been playing during the week (this also includes games on my "Pile of Shame"). The games to target are picked by Choicest Games contributors Choona, Luke and myself. As I'll be talking about my progress through these games, there may be spoilers ahead, especially for games containing a narrative. Consider yourself warned.

Slowly making more progress with the season but I'm experiencing an annoying issue that occurs every time I boot up the game. Somehow when it boots up, the Loading icon disappears so I end up seeing a montage of pre-rendered video of the Earth and satellites. I then have to end up forcing the game to shutdown which means the next time I play, the game decides to reset the settings as if I was playing it for the first time. This means having to review accessibility settings as well as running through the tutorial movie every single time I play the game. It's infuriating and it's really discouraging me from playing. I have no idea how to fix it as I have the most recent graphics drivers, I've performed a repair on the game files and I've even conducted a Windows System Repair. Still no luck. I think the final thing to do would be to reinstall the game. That or trying to reinstall the display drivers again.
I just want the game to work damn it.
