This part in Conquests of the Longbow is really a-maze-ing |
The following post is part of a series of posts that are published every Sunday to update readers on what Mark G has been up to with respect to finishing off games on his "Pile of Shame". The games to target are picked by Choicest Games contributors Choona, Luke and myself. As I'll be talking about my progress through these games, there may be spoilers ahead, especially for games containing a narrative. Consider yourself warned.
Disco Elysium
- Picked by Me
- Percentage Complete = 41%
I didn't get to play Disco Elysium this week. I'll have to rectify this next week.
Pillars of Eternity
- Picked by Luke
- Percentage Complete = 7%
I didn't get to play Pillars of Eternity this week. I'll have to rectify this next week.
Conquests of the Longbow: The Legend of Robin Hood
- Picked by Choona
- Percentage Complete = 100%
I finished a game this week! Thankfully, the final part of Conquests of the Longbow was quite simple and I didn't need to consult a walkthrough for it. There were also some neat parts where you had the opportunity to plan rescues and ambushes by consulting Robin Hood's Merry Men for ideas.
Overall, Conquests of the Longbow seemed to be as tricky to me as Cristy Marx's previous adventure, Conquests of Camelot but obviously the graphics are slightly better in this one. Guess I'll have to look for another adventure to play, maybe one of the adventures by Dynamix, perhaps?
