The following post is part of a series of posts that are published every Sunday to update readers on what Mark G has been up to with respect to finishing off games on his "Pile of Shame". The games to target are picked by Choicest Games contributors Choona, Luke and myself. As I'll be talking about my progress through these games, there may be spoilers ahead, especially for games containing a narrative. Consider yourself warned.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition

I've now played Mass Effect: Legendary Edition for 92 hours, hence the 92% Percentage Complete figure, although I think I'm still only about half-way through Mass Effect 3 so there's probably considerably more playtime left. I've almost met all old squadmates from previous games except for Tali and Legion.
I really enjoyed playing the Leviathan and Omega DLC packs. They add several hours worth of content and get you doing funky things like exploring the bottom of the ocean in a mech or returning to Omega in order to retake it (you even get to meet Nyreen Kandros, a cousin of a character you'll meet in Mass Effect: Andromeda called Tiran Kandros). I've yet to play the Citadel DLC pack but I'm assuming you want to do this after getting reacquainted with all your squad members (well, at least the ones that are still alive anyway).
What I also love about Mass Effect 3 in particular are the extra dialogue options that occur depending on which squadmates you bring. For example, on the Sur'Kesh mission, it was like a Mass Effect 1 reunion when you bring Garrus and Liara along to talk to Wrex as well as Major Kirrahe.
There are still a couple of annoyances in the game though, despite it being remastered. For example, the Mass Relay sounds are still way too loud when you travel from system to system (even though they fixed this for Mass Effect 1), speech samples sometimes cut off and I encountered some quest bugs too.
