Game Music Collective features again on this list and it's for a very authentic cover of the Battlefield 1942 theme. Considering Battlefield's popularity, I'm surprised there aren't more remixes and covers of the theme so I was thrilled when I discovered this particular one. Game Music Collective actually managed to collaborate with the Conscript Band of the Finnish Defence Forces, and you'll see members of the drum and rifle drill group feature in the music video. What also features in the music video are a couple of real-life tanks as well (although I'm not exactly sure what sort of tanks they are... maybe some tank nerds can help me out here :P).
It goes without saying that the official Battlefield YouTube channel loved what they saw and I do too which is why it's #5 on this list.
