This is another track by composer Michiel van den Bos. It plays on the level where you meet Juan Lebedev, a prominent member of the National Secessionist Forces (NSF). Lebedev is responsible for convincing JC Denton's brother, Paul, that UNATCO is actually a corrupt organisation secretly run by Majestic 12.
I've extracted my favourite sections of the original UMX file which includes the normal ambient section at 1:28, the awesome combat section at and finally the outro played when you leave the scene at 2:23.
