Ahhh this track used to be one of my favourites back in the day. You got to spend a lot of time exploring the streets of New York City, Hell's Kitchen in particular, and this is the music you'd hear when you first visit there.
Hell's Kitchen is an actual place in Manhattan, New York. It apparently was a bastion of poor and working class Irish Americans although the neighbourhood has seen gentrification in recent decades. In Deus Ex however, it seems the place has reverted to its original status as a bit of a rough and tumble place.
I've only featured the first part of the UMX track as it's the most memorable part (at least to me :)).
