This particular track features what could be considered the SimCity 3000 theme or leitmotif quite prominently. Thanks to its upbeat, bouncy style, you could almost imagine this being a song from a musical, hence its title "Sim Broadway".
A whole bunch of musicians helped to bring this track to life including Mary Fettig on the clarinet, Paul Van Wageningen on drums, John R. Burr on piano, Jerry Martin on the synths and Darol Anger on the violin.
