Here's a nice, breezy, care-free jazz number. This particular track wasn't composed by Jerry Martin but saxophonist Marc Russo. Accompanying him on the track is Ruth Davies on bass, Paul Van Wageningen on drums, John R. Burr on piano and Louis Fasman on trumpet.
One of the things I love best about the SimCity 3000 soundtrack are the awesome jazz tracks included in the mix and it's perfect when you're trying to emulate that big New York city sound. In fact, my Dad, a fan of jazz music from way back, actually mistook some of the SimCity 3000 tracks as pieces by Miles Davis: that's how good this music is!
For those of us that can't enjoy a trip to Manhattan's most famous park, we'll always have this track to enjoy.
