This week we have another track that plays when you're viewing the Human strategic map and it's called "The Spirit of Man". This particular track has grabbed various samples from the original and has taken on a life of its own. You can tell it's based off "The Spirit Man" yet it's different, more methodical, defiant, diligent, almost angelic. The original track had this music accompanying the delirious musings of a clergyman who has lost faith in Mankind and believes the Martians are a manifestation of Satan himself.
The track remains a favourite of mine and is in some ways superior to the original track, at least when listening to it as background music to this game.
