The following post is part of a series of posts that are published every Sunday to update readers on what Mark G has been up to with respect to finishing off games on his "Pile of Shame". As I'll be talking about my progress through these games, there may be spoilers ahead, especially for games containing a narrative. Consider yourself warned.
Star Trek: Bridge Crew

Both Lanna and I tried this mission again, and failed. Being stealthy seems to help and when I tried this mission again with an AI crew, I actually managed to avoid quite a few Klingon patrols (provided I reduced my emissions signature – silent running folks)! Unfortunately, just when I was about to complete the mission and was able to warp out, I managed to attract the attention of one Klingon warship which meant I had no choice to engage: this had the unintended effect of making sure the U.S.S. Aegis lit up like a Christmas Tree meaning the other two Klingon warships in the sector were also alerted of my presence. The Aegis is no Enterprise and it subsequently was pulverised into space dust.
However, it looks like I've figured the trick to the mission, so if I play with Lanna next time, I might just make it…
