What I've Been Playing This Week (aka Pile of Shame Sunday)

Hypnospace Outlaw

At the encouragement of Jay Tholen (one of the developers of the game) I decided to press on with the epilogue and I'm glad I did. I would've probably missed out on quite a bit though if I didn't read a passing comment on a forum on how a certain app is meant to be used (although, I probably would've figured it out eventually) – besides, there's apparently a way you can get hints from the game too if you're ever stuck.

Loved all the references to the 90s and the Internet, including old school text-to-speech packs and the ability to make these speech packs pronounce your nickname properly! There's even a reference to Ishkur's Guide to Electronic Music in it too 😊.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew

I didn't get around to playing Star Trek: Bridge Crew this week – was totally absorbed by Hypnospace Outlaw as well as doing my usual "dailies" in Battlefield V. I won't be playing games next week either but when I get back to it, I'll be doing my best to finish off playing this game 😊.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

I didn't get around to playing Assassin's Creed IV this week either for aforementioned reasons. Not sure if I'll be able to finish it when I resume playing games but I'll definitely try and put some more time into it!

King's Quest IV

I didn't get around to playing King's Quest IV this week either for aforementioned reasons. Since I'm following a playthrough though, it shouldn't take long to scratch this one off the list when I resume playing games 😊.
