This is one of the three tracks that plays whenever you're on the main menu screen or on the starmap screen. Again, we have some slow-paced, meandering music, although this one sounds less like a space documentary and sounds more regal or imperial, thanks to the synth violins and harp. It's like perfect background music for an intergalactic emperor as he or she views their domain. It has a more militant sound to it once you get to 1:38, perhaps the part where the emperor inspects his/her armada.
