The following track is what I'm more accustomed to when starting up a new mission on SimIsle. Check out those synth violins!
As mentioned before, the 2001 game Tropico bears quite a few similarities to the 1995 game SimIsle as in both you're trying to develop islands either through resource extraction, industry or tourism. You also have to sort out whether you focus on just building pools of unskilled or skilled labour - all things you have to contend with in Tropico. So you could probably say that SimIsle helped set a course for me to be a hotel tycoon (or at least that's what I always end up doing when playing these sorts of games :))!
