|We built this city with GIANT-GLASS-doooooOOOOOMES|
Ever heard of a company called Haemimont Games? Probably not, but
Now have I got your interest? I think the folks at Haemimont are quite competent when creating business simulation/city builder games so why not take that same concept to Mars? Sounds like a good idea to me. The game has a neat retro-futuristic art style and just like the Tropico games, each colonist is a unique individual with different needs and behaviours (which can affect the social fabric of your colony as a whole). The developers also claim you can explore Mars and unlock secrets that can either aid your colony or threaten its existence; these secrets are apparently inspired by the works of classic sci-fi authors like Clarke and Asimov (which I thoroughly approve of).
