This music played in Jones in the Fast Lane whenever you visited the electrical appliances store, Socket City. IIRC you could also occasionally buy appliances from Z-Mart (ZEEE-Mart) at a discount although there was a far greater range at Socket City, to fill your consumerist urges of course!
Because, when you think about it, Jones in the Fast Lane is just teaching you how to be a good little capitalist - and I suppose indirectly that's what the Game of Life teaches... but hey they are fun games to play (or at least were) :).
