Apparently this one has been known for awhile but while on the topic of reboots and remakes, it looks like Jagged Alliance 2 will be remade with a 3D engine by a German developer called bitComposer Games. I don't know much about their track record and the English on their website isn't too good, which makes me wary (one of the strengths of the Jagged Alliance series was the mercenary dialogue).
However, this is still definitely one to watch for as it's been too long since anyone has even successfully attempted to revive this venerable series.
I enjoyed this game from almost a decade after its released. it was nice. I expect the same from its 3D counterpart.
