Full Throttle Remastered makes its way to #9 this week on Steam Games Sunday

  1. Rainbow Six Siege
  2. Sid Meier's Civilization VI
  3. Thimbleweed Park
  4. War Thunder
  5. Double Fine Adventure!
  6. League of Mermaids
  7. The LEGO Movie - Videogame
  8. NBA 2K16
  9. Full Throttle Remastered
  10. Everyday Genius: SquareLogic

There hasn't been many changes this week in terms of the entries on the Steam Games Sunday list except for two new entries: The LEGO Movie - Videogame in 7th place and Full Throttle Remastered in 9th place. The LEGO Movie - Videogame is actually being played by my wife and daughter via the Steam Link. Most of the time, the thing runs fine although there have been occasional hiccups. I've tried my best in configuring the router/modem to be best for wireless (since we're running the Steam Link as wireless instead of wired) but it seems really random in how it works during some times of the day and other times it doesn't. Valve recommends using a 5GHz wifi router/modem and since mine is only a 2.4GHz maybe I'll be be needing a new router (although this Fritz!Box 7360 has served me well - probably the most reliable modem/router I've ever had the pleasure of owning - it may have something to do with them being made in Germany, at least I'm pretty sure they are).

Full Throttle Remastered is the other new game on the list as it was released only a few days ago. Since most of the puzzle solutions are etched permanently into my memory, completing this remastered version of the 1995 classic from Lucasarts was relatively easy to do and took me under 3 hours to complete. I'm now going through the game a second time but with the audio commentary on, so expect to still see Full Throttle Remastered on the list next week!

In terms of the rest of the list we have Rainbow Six Siege back in the number one spot, followed closely behind by Civ VI (I've actually started a new multiplayer game of Civ VI this week playing as Spain. I'm totally getting pwned by barbarians thanks to them sending armies of three horsemen and two horse archer units at a time to invade my cities so I was delayed in getting Catholicism out before Australia... oh well, custom religion "The Inquisition" it is then!). Thimbleweed Park is still third on the list and War Thunder remains in 4th place. Double Fine Adventure has managed to go up a place probably because I'm still watching videos from the series but mainly the bonus videos instead of the 20 episodes that make the main series. League of Mermaids has dropped down slightly to 6th place and NBA 2K16 remains in 8th place. Everyday Genius: SquareLogic has dropped to 10th place.

Anyway stay tuned for next Sunday to see if this list changes :). Are you playing any of the games on this list? How are you finding them?
