Choicest VGM - VGM #274 - Transport Tycoon - Stoke It

I love the double bass at the start of this track - it's definitely got an oldschool jazz feel to it but later on in the track you'll definitely hear some blues entering the mix. But why is the track called "Stoke It"? Is it another steam locomotive reference with respect to adding coal to a boiler? Or does it mean inciting one's passion? Maybe it's a bit of both?

The music was recorded through DOSBOX after selecting the AdLib/Soundblaster FM option in the configuration utility (which is apparently OPL2 emulation).
